Dr. Ratts has been a member of Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University School of Medicine since 1994. She completed her medical training and was an Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University prior to moving back to her hometown, St. Louis. Her clinical interests include infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), uterine fibroids and endometriosis. She has published and lectured extensively regionally and nationally on these topics. Her other interest includes adolescent and pediatric gynecology. She serves on the medical staff at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and is a member of the North American Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Society. She serves on the OB/GYN Education Committee and Washington University School of Medicine Admissions Committee. She is the Practice Director for the IVF program at the Reproductive Medicine and Infertility Center at Washington University/ Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
