The clinical services span a full complement of obstetrical services -- from preconception counseling to comprehensive low and high-risk care throughout the course of your pregnancy. Special services are available for mother with medical conditions that complicate pregnancy, as well as fetuses with anomalies and multi-fetal gestation.

Patients benefit from the multi-disciplinary approach within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology beginning with diagnosis, collaboration of care and comprehensive treatment plans.

Parking available at the North Garage (corner of  Euclid and Forest Park Avenues). A skybridge connects the third floor of the garage to the third floor of the new building. Physicians offices have subsidized parking costs, allowing patients to park for 1.00/hour. Valet parking and drop off is available at the ground level.

The Center for Women's Wellness & Fetal Health is a service of Missouri Baptist Medical Center and Washington University School of Medicine. The physicians and specialists at the Center for Women's Wellness & Fetal Health provide a full complement of obstetrical services -- from preconception counseling to comprehensive care throughout the course of your pregnancy.

Specialized care for patients with high-risk pregnancies and for women expecting twins, triplets or other multi-fetal births is provided through the Center's Maternal Fetal Medicine Program. Neonatologists (physicians who care for high-risk newborn babies) are available for consultation.

The Center's obstetrical services include:
    • Genetic counseling, amniocentesis and maternal blood test for genetic disorders and/or birth defects
    • Ultrasound services
    • Antepartum fetal testing
    • Consultations

The Center's staff comprises specially trained obstetricians and gynecologists, nurses, genetic counselors and sonographers. The Center works in conjunction with Missouri Baptist Medical Center specialists in nutritional counseling, diabetes education, physical therapy and social work to meet the needs of every patient.

The physicians and specialists at Progress West provide a full complement of obstetrical services. The Center's obstetrical services include:

• Consultations

The OBGYN Clinic administers care to low income, low- and high-risk pregnant women. Care to pregnant women vulnerable due to risk factors associated with poor maternal-fetal outcome is provided via three specialty clinics: the High-Risk OB Clinic, in which women with complicated pregnancies are seen; the Center for Diabetes in Pregnancy, the Teen Pregnancy Center, offering prenatal care and support groups for the teen Mom's, grandparents, teen fathers of babies and a Lactation Consultant. Clinic services are supplemented by diverse ancillary staff, including specialty nurses, nutritionists, lactation consultant, WIC counselor and a social worker.
