Dr. Riley assumed her role as Instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University in St. Louis on August 1, 2006.  She completed her training as a fellow in clinical chemistry at Barnes Jewish Hospital and is also currently the Assoicate Director of the Core Laboratory for Clinical Studies in the Department of Internal Medicine.  Prior to this, Dr. Riley held research positions at Genetech and in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Washington University.  She is the recipient of the K12-BIRCWH award from the NIH.  Her research interests are in the area of reproductive immunology.  Specifically she is interested in the mechanisms by which uterine natural killer cells facilitate placentation and uterine decidualization.  Email: rileyj@wustl.edu
